Rates and Payment Options

The Employee Wellness Center offers its members flexibility in payment options which allows you to handle your gym fees in a way that works best for your budget.

Membership Rates

You have access to the Employee Wellness Center for $9 per pay period ($18 a month).

Non-County state or federal employees are eligible and pay:

  • 3 months=$105
  • 6 months=$178

Payment Options

Miami-Dade County Employee ''Automatic Payroll Deduction''
Each pay period, $9 is deducted from each 26 pay periods ($234 per year) until canceled. Member must allow 60 days for cancelation to be effective. Payroll deduction information will be furnished by club management through Human Resources' Deduction Transaction Form.

Miami-Dade County Employee ''Pay by Check''
A minimum 3 months payment of $63.50 and copy of employee ID or employer's letter are required. Write check to ''Miami-Dade County.'' Membership automatically expires after three months and club access is denied. An additional $5 administrative fee is included. Payment must be made at the Employee Wellness Center office.

Limited Non-County Employee ''Pay by Check''
A minimum 3-month payment is required and a copy of Employee ID or employer's letter required. Write check to ''Miami-Dade County.'' Membership automatically expires after three months and club access is denied. An additional $5 administrative fee is included. Payment must be made at the Employee Wellness Center office.

MDC Employee and Non-MDC Employee Ongoing Credit Card Deduction Authorization Agreement
Deducted on the first of every month until canceled. Member must allow 60 days for cancelation to take effect.  Membership dues are $18 monthly for County employees and $35 for non-County employees.
