About Employee Wellness Center

Enjoy the convenience of exercising at the workplace. Created to enhance the health and wellbeing of employees, the Miami-Dade Wellness Center is the complete corporate fitness center featuring:

• Cardio and resistance training equipment including:
  • LifeFitness resistance training machines
  • LifeFitness treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes
  • Free weights 
• Locker rooms and showers
• Personal training packages

The Employee Wellness Center is located inside the Stephen P. Clark Government Center in Downtown Miami. It is one of several locations that are properly equipped to further healthy initiatives for employees of Miami-Dade County government under a comprehensive Employee Wellness Program.

Programs and activities of the Employee Wellness Center are designed not just to meet the needs of the broader club member audience, but it can also be tailored to target individual needs through several choices of personalized services.
