Communications and Customer Experience Department Service Request

To submit a job request, you must enter the name and email address of the point of contact for the request in order for Communications and Customer Experience Department (CCED) staff to follow up. Once all fields have been filled out, click on the "Save" button on the top right hand side of your screen. This will generate an email notification confirming that the request has been received.

  • Advertising
    For advertisement placements, including legal ads and media planning
  • Graphics
    Request print graphic development such as banners, posters, flyers, etc.
  • Online Services
    Includes website publishing updates, new public web interfaces, training, ADA audits and web application quality assurance
  • Photography
    Request a photographer for an event at least 72 hours in advance
  • Translations
    Request an interpreter or to translate documents from English to Spanish and Creole
  • Social Media Posts
    For Facebook or Twitter messages
  • e-Newsletters
    For What's New submissions or any other newsletters and magazines
