Applications can be submitted online or in person at the Golden Passport Office or at any 311 service center.

The easiest way to replace your lost, stolen, or damaged Discount Fare EASY Card is online.

Replacement fees:

• $5 for the first replacement
• $20 for the second replacement
• $50 for each replacement thereafter

A fee waiver is available when an original police report is presented, listing the card as a stolen item.
