Sizzle Your Waist annual challenge

What's in a number? See how your biometric measurements add up and help you win the Sizzle Your Waist Challenge.
Employees must complete their spring and fall biometric screenings because waist circumference measurements from those screenings will determine the winner. The participant who loses the most inches will receive a mega swag bag from WellnessWorks.
Challenge dates: July 20 through Dec. 1, 2026
First-time users can sign in at Aetna.com, go to well-being resources, select Aetna Health Your Way or use the MyActiveHealth app, then choose the Sizzle Your Waist Challenge and attest they completed both screenings.
